I can't believe that anyone who isn't a professional dancer would find this easy! After the warm up, you get shown about 20 different sequences, so you cool down again because you're not moving at any great speed. If you can remember the 20 different sequences (yeah right!), then great, because after you've cooled down again watching them, you launch right in without any additional help! I would have thought this would put people off dancing for life!
