This includes his Blades Of Chaos, Triton's Lance, Gauntlet Of Zeus, Efreet, Light Of Dawn, Charon's Wrath and Sun Shield. The nine different gaming chapters contain essential tips on dealing with all enemies and puzzles as well as the locations of special items and orb chests. Key characters and places from mythology are profiled but where this guide really excels is in its boss tactics. The best methods of attacking and defeating the Basilisk, Charon and Persephone are broken down into numbered stages. The bestiary, as in the other GOW guides, is a joy to read and the treasures section details all the unlockables. The five stages of the Challenge Of Hades are briefly explained and how to unlock the Spud Of War, McKratos and the Mime Of War bonus costumes is explained. How to unlock the many videos and concept art galleries is also explained. The concept art gallery at the back of the book is a joy to look at. For any gamer who wants to get the most from GOW Chains Of Olympus this guide is probably essential.
