The life of a corrupt New York police lieutenant goes into a tailspin when he comes home to his secret luxurious apartment and finds a psychotic man inside. The intruder knows every detail about the cops dirty dealings. Afraid of being exposed the cop holds the man hostage then beats and tortures him. But the tables are turned after a third party interveans and is murdered by one of the two men.
