Seth Ranjit Rai and Seth Harbanslal were unique people who dislike poor and believe that poor people are born to cantaminate a rich mans life as a mosquito does. Seth Ranjit had a son and Harbanslals daughter was Madhu. Ajay and Madhu were highly pampered children. Both the parents wanted their children to marry eachother. Ajay's friend Raja and Madhu's friend Kajol belong to the poor status of society. Contrary to the wishes of their fathers Ajay fell in love with Kajol and Madhu with Raja. All four decided to marry.
