This game has been on the go since 1998/99 I mean 7 or 8 years in the making, 3d Realms really are going to have to pull something large and shiny out their asses to make this game spakle above and beyond todays rivels.I mean back in the late 90s had it been released it wouldve been right up there with half-life, but they hesitated due to games like half-life trying to out do them.3DR cant afford to keep doing this I mean the bench mark now days for your average FPS has to be as good or as near to Half-life 2, Quake 4, Doom 3, Far Cry, F.E.A.R, Call of Duty 2 and even soldier of fortune 2 purly for its gore models.If a game cant cut the physics, atomosphere and lighting of those games it just not in the same league and as much time as theyve had to make the new Duke game other games are still going to supass them before and after its release no matter what so why dont they just stop fiddling with it make sure its of a desent standard of gaming to go onto todays market and release the bloody thing, otherwise i forsee the entire saga being a giant anti-climax much like a child with its first kinder surprise.Either way heres hoping they dont dissapoint as i do love the Duke games!!!
